INTERMISSION

So amuirin, you doubt my appetite for books eh?

There are actually two rows of books on each of these Last two shelves.

Yes that is a Chia Taz in the upper right corner.

I do admit Orson Scott Card is not one of my favorites. I have not read all of his works. So pfffftttt

my word, what a library. I don't doubt your appetite for books (well, not now) just thought you might enjoy that one.

When I moved here, it was cus of an unexpected job offer and it happened abruptly. Everything went into storage except my clothes, Sierra's stuff and about 10 books that I crammed into whatever space was left in the car.

Within a year, I'd accumulated very little from my new location except 3 glass floats and so many books that they overran my computer desk shelf, my modest book shelf, and the upper shelf space in my closet. Your pictures talk right to my inner book-hoarder. Have you ever spent most of your weekly grocery budget on an impromptu trip to 'The Book Bin' in Corvallis, or Powells?

    Me too.

  3. :) I admit the Grease poster is the wives. Below it are two more covered up by the coat rack. the middle one would be James Garner as Jim Rockford and below that is a picture of Mulder and Scully. Yes that's right 2 of the three pictures I was able to use to decorate the house is right there.

Nope. Not at those two. I have in the past bought out everything a used store has by a particular author after reading a few books by that author. James Axler's Deathlands series comes to mind.

I utilize the local library quite often as well.
